_Submission Information Discrepancy publishes students’ articles in social sciences and humanities, book reviews and review essays of Croatian and foreign books and journals, reviews of different scholarly events, such as conferences and round tables, along with other material such as translations, interviews, bibliographies etc.
All published articles are reviewed by the editorial board, and, in some cases, anonymous reviewers. Editorial board reserves the right to edit articles according to the journal’s standard and norms of Croatian standard language. Manuscripts are not returned.
We kindly ask authors to respect the interdisciplinary character of our journal, thus try to present their articles in generally acceptable manner to a wide spectrum of readers.
To submit an article
Articles should be sent by electronic mail (double-spaced) in an MS Word document as an attachment to the following address: diskrepancija@net.hr. Articles can also be sent in the printed form to the postal address below:

Article should be accompanied by an abstract in Croatian and/or English language consisting of 200 words most of which presents the goals of the article, most important results and conclusion. At the bottom of the abstract, under the name keywords, author should name at most seven most important notions that are being dealt with in the article. Preferred article’s size, including abstract, keywords and bibliography should be between 27000 and 35000 characters, including free spaces, in length.
Name and surname of the author, name and address of the author’s faculty and department, major and student’s current year of studying should be put in the upper left corner of the first page. Preferably, author should specify home address, telephone number and his/her e-mail address. On the same page, articles published so far should be named.
Quotation source should be indicated in the body of the text, not in footnotes or endnotes. For references and quotations authors should be formatted as following:
